It’s shaping up to be a big fall for Adam Sandler.

In September, he’ll launch the nationwide You’re My Best Friend Tour that includes an Oct. 22 gig at St. Paul’s Xcel Energy Center. He’s also stopping in nearby Des Moines (Oct. 4) and Omaha (Oct. 21).

The outing coincides with the Nov. 14 theatrical release of the highly anticipated drama “Jay Kelly,” co-starring George Clooney and directed by Noah Baumbach, who previously collaborated with the Sandman on “The Meyerowitz Stories.”

Those projects come on the heels of last month’s release of “Happy Gilmore 2,” which was watched by 46.7 million Netflix subscribers during its opening weekend.

Sandler, who will turn 59 during his first week on the road, last performed in the Twin Cities in November 2023 with a sold-out show at Target Center.

Tickets will be available starting with Live Nation and various venue presales at 10 a.m. Thursday. General sales start at 10 a.m. Friday at ticketmaster.com.
