What: Renovated 1940s cottage-style home in Edina.

Design team: Architect Dan Nepp, design principal, TEA2 Architects, Minneapolis, and Rachel Hendrickson, project manager, formerly of TEA2.

Contractor: Bill Pohlen, Wipo Inc., Minneapolis.

Interior design: Michelle Lohrding, Edina.

Size: Main floor, 1,515 square feet. Second floor, 570 square feet (before), 1,000 square feet (after).

Cost: $250 to $300 per square foot.
