KDWB (101.3 FM) announced the full lineup of its annual Jingle Ball Dec. 4 at Xcel Energy Center, and it played out pretty much as Chris Riemenschneider predicted in an Artcetera post Monday. He batted 5-for-6, in fact.

The big curiosity will be South Korean one-hit wonder Psy, whose YouTube-powered dance novelty "Gangnam Style" has been No. 2 on the Billboard charts for four straight weeks.

Other acts include Minnesota's own Owl City, pop-rockers Train and OneRepublic, and a flock of British singers: Ellie Goulding, Ed Sheeran, Conor Maynard and Cher Lloyd.

Tickets -- priced at $25-$101.30 plus fees -- went on sale at 10 a.m. Friday at the Xcel box office and via Ticketmaster.

As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
