The Minnesota Department of Management and Budget on Friday released the following files detailing investigations and settlements related to sexual harassment complaints filed against Minnesota state employees between 2012 and 2017. In a statement, the department said: "The State of Minnesota determined that the cases posted on this website constituted violations of state policies prohibiting sexual harassment, however that does not mean that the there was a determination that the cases violated state law as it pertains to sexual harassment."
