Everson Griffen's illness apparently is behind him. He's had his tests, passed them and returned to practice today. Practice ended not long ago and Griffen is on the official injury report as having "full participation."

So, coach Mike Zimmer, do you expect your leader in sacks to "not miss a beat on Sunday" in Detroit?

"Yes, I do," Zimmer said. "He looked good today. Practiced hard. Good to go."

Meanwhile, defensive tackle Sharrif Floyd (knee/ankle) and defensive end Justin Trattou (foot) were listed on the injury report as having not participated.

Trattou isn't expected to play, but Floyd, a starter who had a standout game on Sunday, might still be able to play even though he's yet to practice this week. Asked how difficult it would be for Floyd to play if he were only able to practice on Friday, Zimmer said, "It's not that difficult. He knows pretty much what's going on. I don't think it would be difficult."

Cornerback Captain Munnerlyn (thumb) was a new addition to the injury report today. But he had full participation.

Limited again in today's practice were cornerback Terence Newman (ankle), offensive tackle T.J. Clemmings (knee), running back Matt Asiata (rib) and running back Adrian Peterson (finger) .

On the injury report and listed as full participation again in today's practice were receiver Jarius Wright (hand) and receiver Charles Johnson (rib).
