Yik Yak catching flak over plan to add photos

'Yaks' come to life?

Are snippy words not enough? Popular on college campuses, the app Yik Yak is a basically a digital bulletin board where young people can anonymously post comments about what they see near their geolocation ("That jock popping his gum in the library is annoying!"). Mashable is reporting that the fast-rising app will introduce photos soon. Skeptics wonder (and rightfully so) if an image function could make Yik Yak even more prone to cyberbullying.
