Yellow Tree Theater in Osseo kicks off its season with 'String'

Opens Friday: Yellow Tree Theatre kicks off its 10th season with a revival of the company's first show. "String," written by the theater's co-founder, Jessica Lind Peterson, depicts an unlikely romance between a dreamy poet and a pizza delivery boy who flunked high school English. Sean Byrd directs the production, starring Peterson and her co-founder husband, Jason, with live music by singer-songwriter Blake Thomas. (7:30 p.m. Fri.-Sat., 2 p.m. Sun. Ends Oct. 15.
