Look for the Vikings to add a big cornerback to Sunday's game-day roster when Xavier Rhodes is expected to play for the first time this season.

"I think there's a good possibility [he'll play]," Zimmer said of Rhodes, who had limited participation in Friday's practice and was listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Carolina.

Rhodes was limited all week, which means his knee responded well enough to each practice to line up again the next day. Barring a setback on Saturday, he should be able to play.

Also listed as questionable is tight end MyCole Pruitt, who missed the first two games because of a knee injury. Pruitt also had limited participation all week.

Meanwhile, receiver Stefon Diggs (groin) was on the injury report as having no participation today. But he's not listed as questionable, doubtful or out, meaning he should play Sunday.

Coach Mike Zimmer said Diggs was held out as a precaution and that he was confident the reigning NFC Offensive Player of the Week would play on Sunday.

Listed as out, of course, were Adrian Peterson and Sharrif Floyd, who both had knee surgery this week.

On the injury report with full participation on Friday were fullback Zach Line (neck), tight end Kyle Rudolph (groin), linebacker Eric Kendricks (ankle), defensive end Danielle Hunter (knee) and running back Jerick McKinnon (toe).
