Winning hearts on Twitter
When it comes to "liking" or "favorite-ing" posts on social media, does the symbol matter? When users favorite a post on Twitter, they tap a star. But that might be changing, at least for some Android users. Twitter is experimenting with changing the star to a heart. It's been said that a heart icon makes social media users happier — and more apt to engage and even share. Let the great heart vs. star debate begin.
