These are the words of Ferran Adria, the Spanish chef with the sweeping influence (of elBulli, in Catalonia, Spain, which closed as a restaurant in 2011), who is in Minneapolis this weekend for events related to the exhibit of his drawings, "Notes on Creativity," at the Minneapolis Institute of Art (the exhibit continues until Jan. 3).

You can find his words, emblazoned on the walls of the courtyard between Askov Finlayson and the Bachelor Farmer (entrance to courtyard from the shop at 204 First St. N., Minneapolis), drawn in chalk by Max Holmgren of Bear Fox Chalk (see below).

Welcome to Minneapolis, Ferran Adria.

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
