Word of the week: Selfiegenic

Are you picture-perfect?

November 14, 2017 at 4:38PM

Definition: The innate ability to look good in selfies (Merriam-Webster online).

Sample usage: "I'm only selfiegenic when the light has that golden-hour quality and I smear Carmex on the lens."

Popularity: The "self" part is obvious, but the sound of the word veers into "hygienic" territory, and that makes it sound as if you're complimenting yourself for bathing on a regular basis.
