Word of the week: Intersneeze

Hold that thought.

November 21, 2017 at 3:24PM

Definition: The pause between consecutive sneezes (Merriam-Webster online).

Sample Usuge: "When I'm in the intersneeze phase my face looks like someone about to be a victim in a horror movie."

Popularity: It's a fine word for something without a name, but when would you use it? Certainly not when you're intersneezing; all you can do then is wait for the next explosion.
