Discount 70 in Columbia Heights is selling women's swim separates 2 for $1. It's a great deal but also practical. Many women wear a different size on the top and bottom and may want to mix and match patterns too. Sizes range from 1 to 26. One-piece suits are not included in the sale.

Discount 70 is a surplus shop that sells new and returned merchandise from warehouse clubs and discounters. It has a fair to good selection of women's, kids and men's clothing and shoes. Back to school supplies are already in stock.

It's a popular place for packaged foods, bedding and furniture (in the annex next door). Prices aren't garage-sale cheap, but they're always cheaper than the discounters or the warehouse clubs--usually 40-70 percent cheaper. Thus the name.
