A woman is hospitalized in stable condition after a residential fire broke out in Columbia Heights early Saturday.
Firefighters were called to a multifamily building in the 4300 block of NE. 3rd Street at 4:20 a.m., according to the Anoka County Sheriff's Office.
A man and a woman were able to escape the unit that was on fire on their own, authorities. The woman was taken to a hospital.
The fire remains under investigation.
