Wolves week in review

Record: 0-3

• The franchise's worst season start is 1-15, and that 15-game losing streak now is one away from tying the franchise record for longest ever after losses to the L.A. Clippers 91-87 on Monday, Denver 124-111 on Wednesday and Phoenix 120-95 in a rare late home game on Friday.

STAR TRIBUNE'S STAR OF THE WEEK

Al Jefferson, forward: Corey Brewer was on his way to the weekly honor until that 1-for-11 Friday night, but Jefferson put up a throwback week, with two double-doubles and a 20-point Friday night.

THIS WEEK: Four games

Sunday: at Denver, 7 p.m. Wednesday: vs. Memphis, 7 p.m. Friday: at New Orleans, 7 p.m. Saturday: vs. Utah, 7 p.m.

The week begins with the second game against the Nuggets in four days and continues with a visit Wednesday from the Grizzlies. If that 15-game losing streak doesn't end there, then when?
