The Timberwolves have changed the start time for Sunday's game at Target Center against the Dallas Mavericks to 4 p.m. instead of the original 2:30 p.m. tipoff to avoid a conflict with the Vikings' playoff game against the Seattle Seahawks.
"Since the Vikings' game date and time was announced on Sunday evening, we heard a lot from our fans and their desire to watch and/or attend both games," Timberwolves President Chris Wright said in a statement.
The Vikings-Seahawks wild-card playoff game at TCF Bank Stadium begins at noon.
