Wolves, pre-game

Trade still isn't official

February 23, 2011 at 12:05AM

Greetings from Milwaukee, again.

The trade still isn't official. Zgoda is hearing it could all be finalized tomorrow. Until then? Corey Brewer remains in limbo.

Just got done talking to Rambis. He said Brewer, who was stranded at the team's hotel in Milwaukee during the morning shoot, had elected to head to the Milwaukee airport to fly home on his own, so he won't fly home with the team.

Also: Flynn, as you probably already know, won't play. He likely won't tomorrow, either. But Martell Webster, who was able to get his back loose, said he will try to play; the Wolves could use a little depth at the shooting guard position.

Also: Luke Ridnour got here in time, flying in commercial this afternoon so that he could spend more time with his family. He swears he flew coach, too!

So that means Sebastian Telfair won't need to run a marathon tonight.

That's it for now. I'll get back to you after the game.
