Wisconsin man dies in snowmobile crash; 3 are arrested

A 41-year-old Wisconsin man was killed early Thursday in a snowmobile crash in Burnett County.

Three people, including an Owatonna, Minn., woman, were arrested on suspicion of operating a snowmobile while intoxicated, the Sheriff's Office said.

Sheriff's deputies were called about 12:45 a.m. to north of Hwy. 70 on Krueger Road in Meenon Township. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.

Along with the 37-year-old woman, a 24-year-old Webster, Wis., man and a 27-year-old Siren, Wis., man were arrested.

The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is investigating.
