Wisconsin deer hunting numbers

Wisconsin deer hunters killed 191,550 deer during the recently concluded nine-day firearms season — a 15.5 percent decline from the 226,582 whitetails killed last year. The tally was 90,336 bucks (down 8 percent) and 101,214 does (down 21 percent).
