Winter Makes Big Comeback

Just when you think you have winter beat, it rears up and bites you. Are allyou folks in Denver and Cheyenne enjoying the current spell of 50s and 60s?Sorry, it's not going to last. You'll enjoy the mild weather one last day, thenthe hammer is going to fall.Later Thursday night and Friday, much colder air will charge in from the northlowering temperatures by as much as 40 degrees. In Denver, the high will be inthe 60s again Thursday. Friday, it will hold in the 20s all day. Ouch!Plus it's going to snow Friday. A storm crossing the Rockies is going to latchonto the cold stream of air causing moderate to heavy snow in Wyoming, Coloradoand western Nebraska. The snowstorm will impact the Texas Panhandle, westernOklahoma, Kansas, Iowa and southern Wisconsin Friday night and Saturday.
