I like this tune. How about you? What a nice way for winter to draw to aclose. After a plague of major storms that started back in February, all of asudden the weather is just about as pleasant as it can be this time of year.Like the warmth? Those in the East will enjoy even more of it Friday andSaturday. Throughout the mid-Atlantic, temperatures in the 70s will show up,and 60s will be widespread from the Ohio Valley to New England.
The warmer weather has been brought on by a major shift in the jet stream.
Earlier this month and all during February, the jet stream was across the DeepSouth, but now it is way up in Canada. This gives warm air from the south easyaccess to regions farther north.
A storm coming in from the west will put a damper on things later Sunday andespecially Monday, but until then it's going to be very nice.
