Ryan Caulfield of Waterford, Ireland, signed "thank you" to Minnesota Vikings quarterback Matt Cassel after receiving his autograph Tuesday at the University of Minnesota Amplatz Children's Hospital in Minneapolis.

Cassel was among several teammates joining center John Sullivan, who hosted a holiday party for young patients and their families. Sullivan, who has sponsored Halloween, Thanksgiving and holiday parties at Amplatz, was named the 2013 Vikings Community Man of the Year to honor his volunteer work, which also includes visiting the Minneapolis Veterans Medical Center.
