This is Joe Hautman"s winning painting in the 2011-2012 duck stamp competition. Judging was completed late Saturday morning. Hautman lives in Plymouth. This is the fourth time he has won this competition. Incidentally, Hautman has a PhD degree in physics, earned at the University of Michigan.
