While I was talking with Kerri Miller on MPR's Midmorning earlier today, a listener shot Kerri a tweet on a favorite dish: chef Isaac Becker's scrambled eggs/lobster bruschetta at Bar La Grassa. It's a favorite of mine, too.

And it reminded me of a story that Taste editor Lee Svitak Dean produced last year around this time, a spring menu, just in time for Easter, that included as its centerpiece a fabulous make-at-home version of Becker's dish.

Lee published a terrific 2011 spring menu in yesterday's Taste, and I highly recommend it for anyone on the lookout for Easter brunch ideas.

But just in case you've got lobster on the brain, then you would be well advised to go with Lee's 2010 spring menu (trust me, the almond cake is another definite winner). Find the bruschetta recipe here, and Happy Easter.
