It's rare that a white wine from Bordeaux provides the kind of fruit cocktail of flavors a la the Tertre de Launay Entre-Deux-Mers. There are citrus and melon and stone-fruit elements to this intriguing white, which retails for under $10. Shrimp on the barbie or a summery chicken salad would be among the apt pairings.
