I have run out of descriptors for the 2011 Brooks Willamette Valley "Amycas" ($18), but I'll start with "seriously delicious." This white blend (pinot blanc, riesling, pinot gris, gewürztraminer and muscat) is also tangy, floral, focused, racy, layered, rich, crisp, minerally and round. Not surprisingly, the different grapes provide an array of flavors and textures, making for some fun imbibing. Try it with seafood or salads, especially with fruity elements. Available at McDonald's, Sunfish Cellars and Excelsior Vintage.
