Roger Federer won his fifth straight title at the All England Club, beating archrival Rafael Nadal in the final.

Venus Williams became the tournament's lowest-ranked women's champion at No. 31. She's a four-time winner.

Roger Federer has held the top spot since Feb. 2, 2004.

NO. 1-RANKED WOMAN

Ana Ivanovic became No. 1 after winning the French Open.

Federer has 13 major titles, one shy of Pete Sampras' record. ... Nadal is trying to become the first man since Bjorn Borg in 1980 to win the French Open and Wimbledon in the same year.
