Just wanted to remind readers that Hennepin County District Judge Gary Larson is expected to issue a ruling in the case involving Kevin and Pat Williams' lawsuit against the NFL on Thursday morning.
The Williamses sued the NFL after the league suspended them for four games after they tested positive for a banned diuretic. The Williams argued that the NFL did not properly warn players about the banned substance in the product StarCaps.
It seems almost certain that an appeal will follow whatever decision is handed down, but this will be one more step closer to a resolution in this case.
