Fresh off the news that Ricky Gervais is making a cameo on "The Office," multiple reports late Wednesday said that Will Ferrell will be stepping in for four episodes as Steve Carell leaves the show.

Is this big news for "The Office"? Bad news for Ferrell? Wonder if he will be stretching his abilities in playing an "inappropriate boss"?
