GAME 4 RECAP

STAR TRIBUNE'S THREE STARS

1. Vladimir Tarasenko, Blues: The sharpshooting winger scored twice and leads the NHL with five playoff goals.

2. Kevin Shattenkirk, Blues: All-Star defenseman had three assists and has seven in the playoffs, most in the NHL

3. David Backes, Blues: St. Louis captain had a goal and assist in the pivotal first period, was 57 percent in the faceoff circle.

By the NUMBERS

9 Consecutive losses in road playoff games by the Blues before Wednesday's victory. They are 4-17 in road playoff games since 2003.

6 Goals allowed by the Wild, most in their 52 playoff games. It's also the most goals given up by Devan Dubnyk since his arrival Jan. 14.
