ingredients olive oil wild rice How to make it -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take a good sized skillet with at least a one inch lip lightly drizzle in some oil...... heat the oil slowly.......this is like old time popcorn popping..... take a half a handful of wild rice rice and sprinkle on very hot oil when the rice pops it will fluff to white.......... ladle it out of the oil and drain on a paper towel....... you can eat it like popcorn, toss it on salads......put it on loads of food as a garden garnish...its great in scrambled eggs at breakfast too.. dont knock it...till ya pop't it........the trout whisperer
