Chicago shoved the Wild to the precipice of elimination with a 1-0 Game 3 victory Tuesday night at Xcel Energy Center. That leaves Minnesota facing this daunting task: Become only the fifth NHL team to overcome a 3-0 deficit and win a playoff series. Only the 1942 Maple Leafs, 1975 Islanders (featuring J.P. Parise), 2010 Flyers and 2014 Kings have accomplished that feat. "Two things: character and belief," Wild coach Mike Yeo said. "There will be no feeling sorry for ourselves. … We've got to find a way."

Blackhawks goalie Corey Crawford dived for a second-period save, one of his 30 on his way to a shutout. “He’s a star against us,’’ Wild coach Mike Yeo said. “He’s Brodeur. He’s Roy. He’s everybody against us, so we’ve got to find a way to solve that.” (The Minnesota Star Tribune)
