Preview: The Wild, fourth in the Central Division and six points behind Winnipeg, is 5-5-3 in its past 13 games. The Flyers are 2-0 on an eight-game road trip, scoring 11 goals in their two wins. On Nov. 20, Jason Zucker's winning goal in the final minute of regulation and Darcy Kuemper's 37 saves led Minnesota to a victory at Philadelphia.

Players to watch: Flyers RW Jakob Voracek has three goals and four assists in four games. Voracek leads the NHL in scoring with 44 points and is tied with teammate Claude Giroux for first with 30 assists. Giroux is third in the NHL with 40 points and is second with 17 power-play points. C Vincent Lecavalier scored twice Sunday at Winnipeg to end a 15-game drought. G Ray Emery might start. He is 4-2-1 all-time vs. the Wild with a 2.39 goals-against average. Wild LW Zach Parise has 18 goals against the Flyers, his most vs. any team. He has points in nine of his past 13 games.

Numbers: The Flyers have 12 one-goal losses, the Wild nine. … The Flyers' penalty kill ranks 28th in the NHL at 75.7 percent, on pace for the worst Flyers PK since 2000.

Injuries: Wild C Mikael Granlund (illness) is questionable after not practicing Sunday or Monday. He does not, however, have the mumps. D Keith Ballard (facial fractures) does not need surgery but is out indefinitely. C Flyers LW Zac Rinaldo (upper body) and G Steve Mason (back) are day-to-day. D Kimmo Timonen (blood clots) is out.
