Injuries keeping Senators down

Preview: This the second stop on the Wild's four-game road trip through the Eastern Conference. It won the first meeting with the Senators 6-4 on Nov. 21 at Xcel Energy Center. Ottawa is second-to-last in the NHL with 35 points and is coming off a 4-3 overtime loss to the Vancouver Canucks on Wednesday.

Players to watch: Winger Mark Stone has a team-high 45 points. Center Matt Duchene boasts 13 points in his past 13 games. Rookie Brady Tkachuk has 10 goals and 20 points.

Numbers: The Wild is 3-1-2 in its past six road games vs. the Senators. Captain Mikko Koivu is one goal shy of 200 for his career. Ottawa has dropped six in a row and is averaging a league-worst 3.98 goals-against per game.

Injuries: Wild defenseman Matt Dumba (ruptured right pectoral) is out. Forward Mikael Granlund didn't practice Friday, taking a maintenance day, but coach Bruce Boudreau said Granlund will play Saturday. Senators F Marian Gaborik (back), defensemen Justin Falk (concussion) and Thomas Chabot (upper body) and goalie Craig Anderson (concussion) are also out. D Christian Jaros (broken finger) is questionable, and F Jean-Gabriel Pageau (Achilles') isn't scheduled to make his return until Sunday.
