Preview: The Wild hosts the Oilers for its final home game of the regular season. It has gone 0-2 against the Oilers this season, falling 3-2 and 4-1. Edmonton has dropped four straight, with a 3-2 loss to Calgary on Saturday its most recent setback. This is the Oilers' last road game of the season; they're 17-21-2 away from home.

Players to watch: Captain Connor McDavid was named the first star of March after leading the NHL with 13 goals and 28 points in 16 games. Forward Leon Draisaitl has 28 points in his past 30 games. Defenseman Kris Russell leads the NHL in blocked shots (218).

Numbers: The Wild went 7-5-3 in March. Winger Zach Parise has five goals during a six-game point streak. McDavid's 103 points are most in the league. He's the first Oilers player with 100-plus points in consecutive seasons since Wayne Gretzky and Mark Messier in 1986-88.

Injuries: Wild D's Ryan Suter (fractured fibula) and Jared Spurgeon (right hamstring tear) and F Luke Kunin (torn ACL) are out. D Gustav Olofsson (concussion) is doubtful. Oilers D Oscar Klefbom (shoulder) and F Ryan Nugent-Hopkins (lower body) are out.
