Preview: The Wild wraps up a three-game road trip with its last game ever at Rexall Place. The Oilers plan to open a new arena next season. The Wild is 21-12-7 all-time at the Rex, its most wins in any road arena. The Oilers have lost five of their past six, allowing 24 goals in that stretch. The Wild has won 10 of its past 11 games in Edmonton and is 19-8-1 there since the 2004-05 lockout.

Players to watch: Once-upon-a-time Wild first-round pick Benoit Pouliot is in the doghouse. Coach Todd McLellan ripped him to shreds to the media after he took two penalties in Tuesday's loss to Anaheim. Pouliot was demoted to the fourth line and played a season-low 10 minutes, 12 seconds. C Connor McDavid leads all rookies with 1.29 points per game. RW Jordan Eberle has seven goals in eight games since McDavid returned from a broken collarbone. C Nail Yakupov has one point in his past 13 games, none in his past nine. G Cam Talbot will start. … Wild G Darcy Kuemper is expected to start. He has given up 11 goals in three starts since shutting out Los Angeles on Jan. 21. C Mikko Koivu leads the Wild with 40 points in 53 games against Edmonton, his highest total against any team.

Numbers: The Wild's 24 wins and 45 points against the Oilers are its most against any franchise. … The Wild is 3-4-3 in the second of back-to-backs this season.

Injuries: Wild D Jonas Brodin (broken foot) is out. D Marco Scandella (undisclosed) is questionable. Oilers D Oscar Klefbom (broken finger), D Andrew Ference (hip), C Ryan Nugent-Hopkins (broken hand) and D Eric Gryba (knee) are out. RW Zack Kassian (flu) is day to day.
