With its 5-2 victory over the Rangers on Tuesday, the Wild is 16-5-2 vs. Eastern Conference teams. However, it has lost three of its past four games against East teams on the road and six of eight road games overall. … The Wild defeated Detroit 7-4 in St. Paul on Feb. 14 as LW Matt Boldy had three goals and an assist and LW Kirill Kaprizov (2-1-3) and WR Mats Zuccarello (0-3-3) had three points each. G Kaapo Kahkonen made 30 saves.

Included in that span is a 9-2 loss to Arizona on Tuesday and a 10-7 loss to Toronto on Feb. 26, both in Detroit. … C Dylan Larkin (27-30-57) and LW Tyler Bertuzzi (24-24-48) are the top scorers for Detroit.
