Preview: Two days after the Kings were trying to get their first win of the season and ultimately achieved that in overtime against the Wild, Minnesota expects another "ornery" group in the winless Ducks. A Stanley Cup front-runner by many pundits, the Ducks have been shut out in three games and area surprising 0-3-1. The 3-0-1 Wild closes a three-game trip before returning home to play Columbus and, once again, Anaheim.

Players to watch: Wild LW Zach Parise entered Saturday tied for second in the NHL with seven points and leading the league with five goals. C Mikko Koivu has a shorthanded goal and power-play goal in the past two games. G Devan Dubnyk, 3-0 on the season but with a 3.00 goals-against average and .894 save percentage, is the likely starter. Ducks C Ryan Kesler ranks second all-time against the Wild with 24 goals and third with eight power-play goals.

Numbers: The Wild has lost four of its past five visits to Anaheim and nine of its past 10 (1-8-1) overall against the Ducks. … In four games, the Wild has scored four power-play goals and allowed four power-play goals.

Injuries: Wild C Tyler Graovac (groin) is out. Ducks C Nate Thompson (shoulder), D Clayton Stoner (lower body) and D Simon Despres (upper body) are out.
