Wiggle, Wobble, Warble

Action Makes the Difference

August 30, 2009 at 2:07PM

Ever wonder why some lures work better on some days than others? Is it the wiggle? (my definition)--a tight side to side action. Is it the wobble?--a wider side to side action, or the warble (new word)--kind of a rolling side to side wobble type action. You have to look closely at each lure to see what I mean. I do not pretend to know why fish react differently to each lure type. I do know this--it does make a difference when one has a good selection of lures and actually changes them when needed. Does that explain why the pros have a large selection of lures? Good Luck!
