A Chanhassen woman whose husband recently passed away sorted through a pile of sympathy cards and bills and found a letter from a customized-gift company in Texas. The letter, addressed to her late husband, said that his order for engraved paperweights was ready to ship and he needed to make a final payment online. When the woman went online she found an order for four paperweights with her children's names, a saying and a signature "love, DAD." "Anyone who knew my husband or knows my family knows that my children have always called [him] 'Papa,'" she said. She believes that the company uses information from obituaries to take advantage of grieving people. Have you ever received bills for items you never ordered?
