Why pay $90 for a Favre jersey when you pay $30?

You can pay $90 for a #4 Favre replica jersey at the Dome or $30 at Wal-Mart. Is the extra $60 really worth it if the jersey outlasts Favre's Viking tenure?

The licensed replica Favre jerseys with screen-printed lettering are sold out in purple at Dome Souvenirs Plus in Minneapolis, but the white is still available for $80, about 10 bucks less than at the Dome. The $80 ones have the NFL shield on them, unlike the cheaper $30 jerseys found at Wal-Mart or Target.

What else do you get for the extra bucks besides the shield? Heavier material and stretchy side vents. Okay, I'm more of a cheapskate than a Favre fan, but if I had to buy his jersey, I'd see how many bullets he throws before investing the extra $60.

Any other good deals on (in-stock) Favre jerseys out there I missed?
