Who's up Austria was the big winner at Sunday's Oscars, with Christoph Waltz's supporting actor coup and the foreign film triumph for "Amour" (French-language, but Austrian-produced).

Who's down David O. Russell and Harvey Weinstein had a tough night; "Silver Linings Playbook" won only one Oscar, and best actress Jennifer Lawrence neglected to thank either of them.
