Which all-you-can-eat buffets are open on Thanksgiving?

More than a few restaurants are open on T-Day, but you want all-you-can-eat, don't you? Here are five to get your party started.

Is it a no-muss, no-fuss Thanksgiving? It is if you're eating out at a restaurant on Thanksgiving Day. There are a handful of options that my colleague Rick Nelson has written about in the Taste section. But on the one day of the year that gluttony is guilt-free, you want all-you-can eat, right?

Try one of the buffets that is open on turkey day. Old Country Buffet charges $12.

Q. Cumbers is open from noon to 5 p.m. serving a buffet for $15 ($13 for seniors). If you head in today or tomorrow you can get a coupon for an additional $1 off on Thanksgiving.

Turkey and slots? Mystic Lake Buffet is $20 from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Tinucci's will be serving traditional Thanksgiving fare buffet style for $20 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at its Newport location (not Woodbury)

Hotel restaurants are a good bet on Thanksgiving. M St Cafe in the Saint Paul Hotel is open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for its $24 buffet.

Want a less traditional buffet? Try one of the many Asian ones in your neighborhood. Most will be open.
