The libraries will be open Thursday from noon to 8 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The Work Force centers will be open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on both days.
Former Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman and her husband, Mark, who were killed in what authorities are calling an assassination, were honored with a private funeral at the Basilica of Saint Mary in Minneapolis.
