A TV host and producer: The co-creator and host of the Travel Channel’s “Bizarre Foods” dynasty, including four “Bizarre” shows, a web-only series. He’s also producing the upcoming “The Zimmern List.”

 

A chef and consultant: Owns AZ Canteen, with outlets at Target Field and U.S. Bank Stadium in Minneapolis and Kauffman Stadium in Kansas City. Investor in Gavin Kaysen’s Spoon and Stable and Wayzata’s Bellecour. He’s on the board of Kaysen’s Soigne Hospitality company. Also consults for other restaurants.

 

An author and editor: Books: “The Bizarre Truth” (2009), “Andrew Zimmern’s Bizarre World of Food,” (2011) and “Andrew Zimmern’s Field Guide to Exceptionally Weird, Wild and Wonderful Foods” (2012). Also is chef-in-residence and a contributing editor at Food & Wine magazine and senior editor for Delta Sky Magazine.
