CORCORAN

FEB. 4

Theft. Someone called police to report a hockey stick was stolen from the Corcoran ice rink on the 20200 block of County Road 50. The caller said the stick had been left at the rink the night before, and when the owner returned the next morning, it was gone.

Suspicious vehicle. Police were called to the 20100 block of 75th Avenue N. regarding a suspicious vehicle. The caller said there had been two teenagers in a vehicle in the lot. An officer found two 19-year-olds in their vehicle. They were advised to leave the area.

FEB. 9

Domestic. Police responded to a 911 hang-up call at a home on the 10000 block of Trail Haven Road. There had been an argument between a husband and wife about moving a vehicle so he could leave for business. The wife moved the vehicle so the husband could leave.

EDINA

FEB. 15

Burglary. Someone stole a computer, computer parts, cash and miscellaneous items worth more than $5,000 from Concord Technologies, 5200 Willson Road.

FEB. 18

Theft. An unidentified man stole a $24,800 Rolex watch from Ben Bridge Jewelers at 2870 Southdale Center after an employee had removed it from a display.

MAPLE GROVE

FEB. 6

Theft. Someone siphoned gas from a vehicle parked in the driveway of a home on the 7100 block of Annapolis Lane.

FEB. 15

Theft. A person called police to report a theft at a business on the 12900 block of Elm Creek Blvd. The caller said he had a television on layaway that was fully paid for, and someone else picked it up.

FEB. 22

Burglary. Ammunition and a gun were stolen from a home on the 6500 block of Nathan Lane.

MEDINA

FEB. 1

Fraud. Police received a call about a case of fraud that occurred at a home on the 1500 block of Hunter Drive. The victim said someone called the home and said the homeowner's godson had been arrested and needed bail money sent to Canada. The caller said he was a court clerk. The victim sent $3,500 plus $200 in fees through MoneyGram to Quebec. The victim then received a phone call saying the godson was released and was on his way home. The victim later spoke with the godson and he said he had not been in Canada and had not been arrested.

MINNEAPOLIS

FEB. 3

Burglary. Someone stole bills and coins from the machines at Wash Me Car Wash, 4100 Hiawatha Av.

PLYMOUTH

FEB. 1

Drugs. Police stopped a vehicle on County Road 101 and County Road 6 for going through a red light and then going straight on a green arrow. An officer reported smelling marijuana and found a small amount in the vehicle. A 54-year-old Plymouth woman was arrested, police said.

FEB. 6

Drunken driving. Police received a report that a man was trying to gain entry to a home on the 12800 block of 25th Avenue N. The caller said the man's vehicle was in the driveway. Police found the man, who said he thought he was at his home in Rogers and was just trying to get into the house. He admitted he had driven his vehicle, and he had a portable breath test reading of .164 percent, so the 49-year-old man was arrested for drunken driving, police said.

FEB. 9

Theft. A woman called police to report a theft that occurred two weeks earlier while she was at a gym on the 3600 block Plymouth Boulevard. She said she had placed her jewelry, worth $6,000, in an unlocked locker and stepped away. When she returned, it was gone. She notified the gym immediately after the loss, but wanted to let police know as well.
