Underage consumption. An 18-year-old female in the 2200 block of Lyman Boulevard was cited for underage consumption.

INDEPENDENCE

FEB. 4

Animal complaint. A resident from the 2200 block of Heritage Trail reported to police their concern that a raccoon under the porch was going to have babies. The resident was going to call wildlife management officials at the Department of Natural Resources for help.

MAPLE PLAIN

JAN. 30

Welfare check. Officers responded to a welfare call at the Maple Plain Hotel, 5329 Hwy. 12, to check on a woman said to have been in the bathroom for a half-hour. A 58-year-old man said he had been pounding on the door and yelling but had gotten no response. He said he had met the woman online and did not know her. Officers kicked in the door and found the bathroom empty, the shower running and the window open. The man said he would pay for damages.

FEB. 2

Welfare check. Officers responded to a welfare call at a home in the 5600 block of Kramer Road. They found a vehicle running in the garage, reportedly for hours. A 39-year-old resident in the home was contacted and said he had fallen asleep.

PLYMOUTH

FEB. 5

Disorderly conduct. Officers responded to a fight in the 16800 block of County Road 24. A 21-year-old Wayzata man was cited for disorderly conduct and a 20-year-old Lakeville man was cited for underage consumption.

FEB. 6

Weapon. Officers responded to a report of a person sleeping in a vehicle at Bass Lake Road and Nathan Lane. A 28-year-old Minnetonka man was arrested for possession of a gun and a controlled substance.

RICHFIELD

FEB. 2

Robbery. A male in the 7700 block of Bloomington Avenue was attempting to sell two cellphones to an individual solicited through Craigslist. He was assaulted and robbed of the cellphones.

FEB. 3

Domestic. A 48-year-old Richfield man was arrested for violating an order for protection in the 7000 block of Portland Avenue S.

Theft. A 34-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle at Motel 6, 7640 Cedar Av. S.

FEB. 6

Drugs. Officers responded to a report of a man trying to sell cocaine in the hallways of an apartment complex in the 1000 block of 77th Street E. Officers located the 20-year-old Richfield man and arrested him for possession of cocaine.

FEB. 8

Assault. A person reported that a driver was flashing lights and displaying a handgun to another driver at W. 76th Street and Sheridan Avenue S. A 62-year-old Richfield man was arrested for assault and impersonating an officer.

ST. BONIFACIUS

FEB. 4

Intoxication. An intoxicated 21-year-old man at Holiday, 8720 Hwy. 7, said he wanted to be taken to a detox facility. He denied driving a damaged vehicle registered to his address that was found six miles away against a tree. He was taken to a detox facility.
