Suspicious activity. Officers responded to the 7800 block of Maple Hill Road on a report of a person looking into trailer homes with a flashlight after dark. Officers found a resident flying a kite while wearing a headlamp.

NOV. 9

Alcohol violation. A 16-year-old girl was cited for selling alcohol to a minor. The establishment, Red's Savoy, 4960 77th St., was fined for allowing a minor to serve alcohol.

Theft. Someone stole $15,000 worth of Botox from Sedona Skin Spa, 6800 France Av. S.

NOV. 13

Drunken driving. A St. Louis Park man, 45, was arrested for drunken driving and transporting a loaded firearm without a permit, following a traffic stop at 49th Street and France Avenue.

HOPKINS

NOV. 19

Suspicious activity. Someone reported smelling marijuana in the 600 block of Robinwood Lane. Officers found that the odor came from incense.

MAPLE PLAIN

NOV. 12

Vandalism. Someone dumped oil on a vehicle in the 5200 block of Bryantwood Drive.

MEDINA

NOV. 4

Lock out. Officers responded to the 500 block of Hwy. 55 on a report of a man locked out of his vehicle. Officers were unable to see any keys inside the vehicle and asked the owner if he had them. He checked his coat pocket and found the keys there.

NOV. 10

Animal complaint. A resident in the 3800 block of Linden Drive W. reported a deer running through the yard. The deer did not appear to be injured.

Burglary. Appliances valued at $2,100 were stolen from a foreclosed home on Pauly Lane.

PLYMOUTH

NOV. 13

Underage consumption. Officers discovered an underage drinking party in the 2900 block of Empire Lane. One adult and four juveniles were cited for underage consumption.

NOV. 15

Underage consumption. An 18-year-old St. Paul woman was cited for underage consumption, and a 16-year-old girl was cited for a tobacco violation, after they were found in the back seat of a vehicle in the 10900 block of Hwy. 55.

RICHFIELD

NOV. 8

Robbery. Two males walked into a restricted area of the CVS pharmacy at 6540 Penn Av. S. and stole approximately 500 Xanax pills.

NOV. 9

Theft. A 39-year-old Minneapolis woman was arrested for fleeing police and possession of stolen property, a hypodermic needle, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia, after she was found in a stolen vehicle in the 7500 block of Grand Avenue S.

SHOREWOOD

NOV. 12

Suspicious person. A resident on Glencoe Road reported that an unknown male approached her patio door, jiggled the handle and walked away. Officer found a magazine tied to the door handle.

VICTORIA

NOV. 14

Terroristic threats. A 14-year-old boy was arrested after sending a threatening e-mail to another student. A search warrant served at the home resulted in the seizure of two computers, a smartphone and three firearms.
