Drugs: An 18-year-old male was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and three juveniles were cited for curfew violation in the 100 block of Carver Bluffs Parkway.

OCT. 16

Animal complaint: Someone called 911 to report that a raccoon was stuck in a storm drain in the 7200 block of Taffy Way. An officer observed that the raccoon was moving around freely and not stuck. It fled down the sewer line when the officer shined a flashlight on it.

Theft: A 2008 Saturn Vue was stolen from the 5500 block of 70th Street.

Theft: A camper valued at $30,000 was stolen from the 5500 block of 78th Street.

OCT. 25

Theft: A 14-year-old boy and three 15-year-old boys were arrested for theft and curfew violation after they were caught shoplifting at Cub Foods, 6775 York Av. S.

Assault: A 42-year-old Edina man was arrested on suspicion of assault in the 6500 block of Waterman Avenue.

EXCELSIOR

OCT. 25

Drunken driving: A 17-year-old Excelsior girl was arrested for drunken driving after she was stopped for a traffic sign violation at Oak Street and Beehrle Avenue. Her passengers, two 16-year-olds and a 17-year-old, were cited for underage consumption.

Check welfare: A mother from Winsted, Minn., reported that her 30-year-old son had not arrived home in Rockford. He was driving on County Road 92 and she was wondering if there had been any accidents within the last hour. She was advised there had been no crashes. The mother called back at 1:19 a.m. to report that her son had been located. He had taken a detour home and gone fishing. His cellphone was on silent.

MAPLE GROVE

OCT. 22

Drugs: A 28-year-old Maple Grove man was arrested on suspicion of possession of heroin, domestic assault and terroristic assault in the 9800 block of Forestview Lane N.

OCT. 27

Theft: Hockey equipment was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in a driveway in the 17100 block of Weaver Lake Drive.

MINNETRISTA

OCT. 30

Animal complaint: Officers returned a horse to its owner after it was reported loose at County Roads 26 and 110 North.

PLYMOUTH

OCT. 22

Robbery: A person reported being robbed at gunpoint in the 1700 block of Jonquil Lane. The suspect fled with an unknown amount of cash. The case is under investigation.

OCT. 24

Theft: A woman reported that her cellphone had been stolen after she left it at the library, 15700 36th Av. N. When she returned the next morning to look for it, it was gone.

OCT. 26

Theft: A 46-year-old St. Paul woman was arrested for possession of stolen property in the 4000 block of Lawndale Lane. Officers recovered an abandoned vehicle that she stole.

TONKA BAY

OCT. 24

Theft: A male reported that $20,000 was stolen from his unlocked vehicle on Lakeview Avenue.
