Drugs: A 24-year-old Edina man was cited for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on the 4300 block of France Avenue S. The passenger, a 23-year-old Chanhassen woman, was cited for an open bottle of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Theft: A girl, 15, was arrested on suspicion of theft, assault and disturbing the peace at Diva Nail Spa, 6809 York Av. S.

Domestic: An officer mediated a verbal dispute between a mother and daughter regarding Wi-Fi on 6th Street S.

Domestic: An officer mediated a verbal dispute over a cellphone between a mother and daughter on Blake Road N.

Missing animals: A woman reported that two brown and white cows had escaped from their fenced area in the 2500 block of County Road 92. Officers were unable to locate them. The owner called back later to report that she had found them.

AUG. 31

Child found: An officer responded to Baker Park regarding a 4-year-old boy found crying and walking around the campground at 4:37 a.m. The mother was located sleeping inside a van with her other son. The 4-year-old boy had been sleeping in a tent and she didn't realize he had awakened.

PLYMOUTH

SEPT. 3

Drugs: A Plymouth woman, 18, was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle in the 4500 block of Nathan Lane.

Drunken driving: Officers responded to the 10900 block of Old County 15 regarding a vehicle sitting in the middle of the intersection. A 52-year-old Minnetonka woman was arrested for drunken driving.

SEPT. 9

Theft: A 2011 GMC Terrain was stolen from the driveway of a home in the 15600 block of 24th Avenue N. It was later recovered in Minneapolis.

Theft: A set of golf clubs and bag were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 3700 block of Zinnia Lane N.

SEPT. 3

Driving complaint: An officer observed a vehicle swerve over the center line and the fog line at County Road 6 and Hwy. 12. The female driver said she had dropped her turkey sandwich, bought at the State Fair, on her skirt. No signs of alcohol use were found. She was given a verbal warning.

RICHFIELD

SEPT. 9

Child neglect: Officers made contact with a parent after a child was found wandering near an intersection at the 1300 block of 78th Street E.

SEPT. 11

Drunken driving: A 36-year-old Richfield woman was arrested for drunken driving after she was observed sleeping in her vehicle in the parking lot of Richfield Municipal Liquor Store, 6444 Lyndale Av. S.

SHOREWOOD

SEPT. 7

Unwanted person. A man from a home on Nelsine Drive reported that his ex-girlfriend would not leave his home. According to police reports, he had put his ex-girlfriend's fish, in the fish tank, outside for her to pick up. She did not come to pick them up and the fish died, so he flushed the fish. When she came to his house to pick them up and he told her what happened, she was angry. Officers mediated the argument and she took her tank and left.
